Company is a 6 year old private company initially funded by tier-one venture firms with the addition of Google Ventures as a strategic partner.  Their solutions eleminate hurdles that cloud builders face in building cost effective, elastic clouds around existing, inflexible network architectures.

Instead of “Accommodating” modern datacenter applications and storage, the company hifts the paradigm 180 degrees with a integrated Hardware/Software/Analytics solutions that allow applications to dynamically “Shape” the network in real-time via API's according their needs- on demand with no intervention. Because the fabric is truly application aware, blind “Hotspots” that occur due to non-traditional network flows are eliminated and provides cloud builders and IT professionals a level of application visibility that’s unheralded.

Role:
      
The ideal candidate will understand the pain of the modern cloud builder as well as the benefits of a flat, non-hierarchical, application driven network. They’ll also understand the challenges that CIO’s face with the prospect of delivering a private or hybrid cloud with the cost effectiveness and agility of public cloud offerings.
The right candidate will love being in front of customers as the tip of the technical spear, listening intently to what they say - and don’t say, relishing the opportunity to dissect challenges and deliver real solutions.
   


Candidate Requirements:
      
  • Network Attached Storage (NAS)
  • Strong knowledge of traditional switched network designs
  • Server/VM/Application deployment architectures
  • Data Center Networking
  • MapReduce/Hadoop deployment architectures
  • Openflow and Software Defined Networking (SDN)
  • Strong Pre-Sales & Customer Facing Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or related work experience
   

Compensation:

180-200k; base + commissions
